Custom backers

Dear AmbaSat team,
I'm one of the custom backers (Backer No. 153).
When this project started, there was a promise made by Martin to the custom backers, that there will be special support for them.
When will we receive this support link/email?

We've looked at several different 'private' community-based solutions, but they seem to be lacking in some areas (eg. charge for access/public-only visibility). Can you suggest a platform? Otherwise it's email but that restricts the collaborative aspect. Does it need to be private even?

Not at all. The discussions can be useful for the whole AmbaSat-backers family.
I suggest a separate folder in this forum.
